When you contact us, we'll discuss
your project needs and ideas with
you in an initial consultation.
We'll assign a project leader who
will work with you to clarify and
specify in detail what you need.
Then we'll provide you with a
written quote that estimates the
tasks, hours, and costs required to
complete your project.
If you decide to work with us,
we'll start your project when you
issue a purchase order or a letter
of acceptance, and a deposit of
one-third of the total project
price. Your project leader will be
your primary contact and will
provide status updates so you always
know about the progress of your
project.
We use our project management
experience to provide you with a
firm schedule. Depending on the
scope of your project, the
deliverables will go through one to
three draft and revision cycles. We
realize each customer and project
has unique requirements so the
actual life cycle of your project
will be customized to meet your
specific needs. Upon delivering your
final draft and completion of your
project, we'll send you an invoice
for final payment.
To save you time and money, we
conduct much of our business,
including meetings, interviews, and
research with subject matter experts
and geographically dispersed teams,
via the phone and email. Depending
on your preference, we can deliver
drafts and final deliverables to you
via email, overnight mail, and a
secure ftp site. |
